About Me

My name is Amanda and I’m a home cook who had to suffer through an elimination diet. I made these recipes to help everyone who needs to figure out their own food allergies or sensitivities.

Through my own elimination diet recipes I discovered I’m allergic to citrus and tomatoes. I had these results confirmed with a blood test and am now burdened with having to order white sauce pizza.
