can of tuna in water
check ingredients for hidden flavors that may be off limits

apple
small dice

stalk celery

plain yogurt of choice

wasabi powder
salt
black pepper, and dry parsley for sprinkling
Instructions
stir the wasabi powder into the yogurt until dissolved
mix all other ingredients
sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and parsley to taste
serve with the other half of that apple
