Elimination Diet Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup finely grated cucumber
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt or preferred plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mint or dill minced

Instructions
 

  • sieve or press the liquid out of the cucumber
  • mix all ingredients
  • chill for at least one hour
  • serve chilled
